Teissedre Designs, Inc. started in 1981 producing southwestern-themed Decorative Tile. As the years went by, Storytellers and Large Southwestern Statues were added to the line. By 1990, Teissedre Designs, Inc. was designing a popular line of ceramic Pottery and beautiful Picture and Canvas Line.
The name Teissedre, comes from the original owners, who in 1996, sold the company outright to Kris and Paula Wilder. The Wilders, who had an existing art business, incorporated their line into the Teissedre line. This brought many new and exciting products!
Teissedre Designs, Inc. currently has 8 full time employees. Jobs include tile glazers, sculpture painters, sculpture pourers, sculpture cleaners, picture framers, copper artists and canvas artists.
We are located in Tucson, Arizona. All of our merchandise is manufactured in our warehouse there. We are EXTREMELY proud to say our products are still MADE IN THE USA!
Our customer base ranges from small hometown shops, hotel and airport stores and tourist attractions to furniture stores and galleries. With our enormous product listing, shop owners and managers can always find something in their price range - the small Storytellers and Christmas Ornaments start at $2.00 and a few of our largest Wall Art Pictures wholesale up to $250.00.
Teissedre Designs, Inc. has watched the southwest industry rise and fall in popularity. We are always creating new, attractive and interesting pieces for our valuable customers. Without our customers, we would not be here.
